Each apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, full-size dishwasher, and central heating. Access and usage of the community rooftop space with outdoor grill, free bike storage, and a mail and package room is available for each resident as well.
Does the building have a security system?
Yes. This includes weekly patrols with alert security and cameras around the property.
What is the parking fee?
Parking is $175/month.
Is there parking available?
Yes, and the option for street parking is available, but a zone pass is needed.
