AMENITIES

  • Is smoking allowed?

    Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    We do not.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes we do, free of charge to residents.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    We do not charge pet deposits and pets are $35 per month, per pet.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we love pets!

  • APPLICATION PROCESS

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    NO.

  • Is there any move in charges?

    Yes, we charge a $300 security deposit and 10% of 1 month’s rent cleaning fee.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    You can hold an apartment by submitting an application ($62 per applicant) and holding deposit of $99. We can hold an apartment for up to 2 weeks.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    Sometimes.

  • Do you offer furnished units?

    We do not, but we can offer you a discount on monthly furniture rentals through our partner, Fernish. Ask our team for more information!

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Typically, processing takes around 2-3 business days but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?

    Applicants are required to make 2.5x the monthly rent.

  • RESIDENT LIFE

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Residents can pay rent by personal check or by credit card through our resident portal, Henri.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, we do require renters’ insurance with $100,000 liability.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    They can contact after hours at (206) 973-1983, if in-person assistance is required, they will be charged a lock-out fee.

  • How do we submit a maintenance request?

    Maintenance requests are submitted through our resident portal, Henri.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, we do!

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guest welcome at any time if associated with a current resident.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Electricity is through Seattle City lights and water is billed through Billing Associates and then added to residents’ ledgers.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes, we have dedicated bins for each.
